The CT Office of Early Childhood makes the Sparkler mobile app available for free to all families in Connecticut for children 0-5 years old. Sparkler offers: screen-free educational playtime activities; tips for parents; and connections to local supports and resources. Access via mobile app and sign up to personalize the program.
Tumble Book Library
Access online or download the mobile app. Tumble Book Library is a collection of animated picture books that provide enrichment for independent and skill building.
Automatic/Manual Button: In automatic mode, the pages turn by themselves and are narrated; in the manual mode, the narration and animation continue, but children turn the pages at their own speed. The sound off/on button allows the child to mute the narration and read to themselves.
