Our Children's Services Department is headed by Mrs. Sue Ford. The Children's Department offers materials and services for child patrons from babies through early teenagers, as well as teachers, parents and care-givers. Our collection consists of books, CDs, videos, reference and internet resources. We also offer many different programs.

Many services that we offer include:

• special programs - some age dependent, some for families
• current materials in all formats to meet educational and recreational needs
• readers' advisory services and reference help
• coordination between the area schools and the library
